Firm Administrator

This is an administrative position providing support to all team members of the firm. This position encompasses a wide range of activities with involvement in all phases of administration, facilities, office and client management. This position is responsible for handling all incoming calls and visitors with a professional and customer-service oriented demeanor. Additionally, the position performs a variety of tasks each day in support of the office personnel.

Bookkeeper and Client Onboarding Specialist

The individual for this position must be detail oriented and have high acumen for accounting and customer service. This position plays an integral role in the firm by ensuring the client’s financial records, accounting, insurance audits and various other duties are completed on time, accurately and in compliance with the laws. They are also responsible for onboarding new clients to the firm and/or new services for existing clients. The individual who holds this position must be resourceful, a team player and able to research and jump start a project. The job duties are to be performed in alignment with the company’s vision, financial objectives, and core values; maintaining customer service satisfaction at all service levels.
